For over 12 years I have had the opportunity to work with Fortune 500, Top 5 US Automotive and emerging brands to create rich customer experiences. Together we have partnered to dream up ideas, develop strategies, play with concepts, plan executions as well as produce and launch these experiences to millions of customers. I focus on solutions that drive business goals through brand experiences that convert into a long-term engaging customer lifecycle. My methods are simple: data & research, industry knowledge and a good amount of gut feeling.

Brand loyalty means engagement at the right time with personalized, emotional content that is appropriate for the space it lives in. For me, this means oscillating between melding the algorithmic logic of science and math with natural beauty and expression of creative design. 2018-2021

Senior Creative Director

  • Consulted Top 10 US Automotive brand customers with strategic, creative recommendations to meet sales and loyalty goals

  • Planned, concepted and directed content strategies based on business objectives and both, qualitative and quantitative,  analytical research

  • Designed and directed creative solutions tailored to the unique brand visions of our customer brands while supporting their over 4000 franchise voices

  • Employed responsive design systems to create scalable frameworks to support 30+ auto manufacturers

  • Provided technological direction to push the limits of SAS platform, inventing new ways to use existing suite to create richer experiences

  • Led and consulted on internal brand initiatives and B2B efforts

  • Led a 30+ person team of designers, developers and marketing operations

  • Reinvented or established repeatable processes for creative and production to meet operational KPIs

  • End-to-end (concept to post-roll out support) production of in-store retail, mobile and web applications

  • Led brand focused, strategic concepts for next generation interactive and digital signage programs

  • Converted customer experience goals to rich user experiences through engaging user interface design

  • Daily project management of design and development teams

  • Wire frame, prototype & design kiosk, web and app user interface & content

  • Storyboard & produced digital signage content for global brands including Subaru, Nissan, Infiniti, Walgreens, Hyundai, Kroger Foods and Mopar

Interactive Designer / Developer

  • Supported the design and development of live web streaming players and reporting applications

  • Production support for live event and video projects for global brands like John Deere, Caterpillar and Hospira

  • Developed in-house inventory application to track equipment usage and statistics for rentals as well as production projects

  • Digital media production including photography, videography as well as marketing and web development

  • Designed and developed live event graphics and programs while also supporting the physical construction of the machines

Bachelor of Fine Arts

  • Studied interdepartmental arts focusing on emerging technology mediums and traditional art principals

  • IRL 2010 - a collaborative thesis project that culminated as a networked, mobile robot.
